Not at all! Our beginner routes require zero prior experience. Guides teach all techniques from scratch. Swimming ability is a plus but not required.

No. Xilin Secret Canyon, Primitive Canyon, Triple Waterfall Canyon and the Hot Spring Waterfall are exclusive routes our guides scouted over years and rigged by hand — they are not public attractions, coordinates are never published, and ours is the only team in the canyon, so you won't meet another group. (Baibao Creek, by contrast, is a public family-friendly spot — we label both kinds honestly.)

Yes. Because guide and shuttle costs are fixed, the per-person price is slightly higher for groups of one or two. Groups of three or more receive a discounted rate.

The minimum age is 8 years old, depending on the route. All four routes are open to guests aged 8 and above, with full guide supervision throughout.

The maximum weight limit is 110 kg due to the waist size limitations of the equipment.

Price includes: professional canyoning gear, safety helmet, life vest, canyoning shoes, full guide accompaniment, activity photography, and activity insurance (Fubon comprehensive mountaineering or river-tracing coverage, depending on the activity).

Trips are cancelled during typhoons or heavy rainstorms, with a full refund. Light rain does not affect the activity — canyoning is a water sport after all!

Wear moisture-wicking clothes that can get wet (avoid cotton), and bring a change of clothes, towel, waterproof bag, and any personal medication. We will send a full packing list after booking.

Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before. 50% refund for 3–7 days before. No refund within 3 days, but we can help reschedule.
